The cost is indicated in Russian rubles including VAT 20%.
Payment is made at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
The registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.

In case of refusal to participate less than 30 calendar days before the start of the event, the Organizer has the right not to return to the Customer the paid registration fee for participation in the conference, in connection with the expenses already incurred for organizing the event. However, the Customer has the right to replace the Representative sent to participate in the conference.
